During your first session, we will begin by talking about your concerns, your goals, and your expectations. This first conversation helps me learn more about you and is the foundation on which we will build your individual plan. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about hypnosis and how it works as well as voice any concerns.

Once you are comfortable and ready, we will get started. Our first meeting is usually a “programming for change” hypnosis session, where the suggestions for your desired results are wound deep into your inner mind. At the end of the session, we will talk about future meetings and the next steps you should take to fully reach your goals.
