In the beginning of this recording, I will be giving you instructions to pay attention to your breath and to focus on your eyelids and imagine. These instructions, while simple, are very effective at shifting you to a brainwave state that is most open to creating whatever change/effect YOU desire. The order they are given, the length of time and the way they are given are all important. This is the part of the session I want you to participate in and pay attention to. Use your imagination to the best of your ability! When we imagine, the subconscious mind “wakes up” and pays attention. After the beginning instructional portion, allow your mind to float along in whatever way is comfortable to you. It is ok if your mind wanders and you think of other things. Let your mind do whatever it wants. When you notice its wandering, you may gently be curious about what I’m saying at that moment. Follow along until your mind wanders again. Just be easy with it.
Find a comfortable place where you can be free from distractions. You can be seated or lying down, whichever is more comfortable for you. Please do not listen when moving about, driving, or riding your bike! 😉
